    • In original condition

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

  2. Our support team will guide you through the process.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide.

🚚 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, please follow the return process above and mention “Exchange” in your message.
