1. Customer Service Executive

Location: Remote/Dhaka
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone

• Handle returns, exchanges, and delivery issues

• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

2. Social Media & Content Executive

Location: Remote
Type: Part-time/Flexible
Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts

• Create content for promotions and product launches

• Run ads and track performance

3. Product Photographer / Designer

Location: Dhaka-based or Remote with own setup
Type: Contract/Project-based
Responsibilities:

• Photograph and edit products for web and social use

• Ensure accurate color and styling to reflect real products
