1. What types of products do you sell?

2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You don’t need to create an account, but it helps for tracking orders and managing returns.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, mobile payments (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and cash on delivery (COD) for select areas.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please email us at info@3dotshop.com as quickly as possible.
5. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times and charges may vary based on your location.
6. How long does delivery take?
Dhaka city: 2–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays or external courier delays.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking information. You can also contact us directly to check your order status.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
10. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, 3dotshop operates only as an online store. Stay tuned — we may open a physical outlet in the future!
